Financial
I am happy to discuss my rates over the phone or during our initial consultation. Please call to see if we take your insurance carrier.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, I ask that you kindly provide me with at least 24 hours notice. I simply ask for this advance notice so that I may offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice. I keep a credit card on file for such purposes.
